I was very cautious about ordering without seeing it first, but am very pleased with this product except for looks of the fire. It is way too fake, but it does put out more heat than I actually expected. Only purchased it to use as a piece of furniture and not really as a source of heat but have been using the heater almost daily. It is in a large room and still heats it up. It looks very nice and I am more than satified.

I purchased this a friend who is a paralyzed police officer shot in the line of duty. She is on a limited income so I shopped around for her. I bought yours because of not only the beauty but the ability to heat a large room. Once we got it set up I was amazed at the quality and how beautiful it is and it HEATS a large room. Now we can get rid of her space heaters(that are dangerous!). Thank you!!
