Great idea hanging the tools on the screen and the doors eliminate moving the screen to tend a fire but a learning curve is necessary to develop a technique where the screen doesn't tip forward when opening these doors. I think an easy fix would be two stabilizing legs. I'm less than pleased with the knobs, which, when compared to the rest of the screen, are flimsy and cheap. These knobs should be metal not wood.

It is a great screen that effectively stops sparks and looks good. Paint was chipped off the handels but my husband is a painter and he touched them up.

Most fireplace screens & tools are separated, thereby taking more space. This screen & tool set has a clean look and doesn't take up the space most have. Price was less than buying the screen & the tools separate. With exception of the stripped door knobs (that were replaced immediately) the set was perfect and leaves my fireplace with a very clean look.
