Somewhat disappointed
We are using this in our beach condo with electric fireplace. We were disappointed that the measurements were not exact (too long) and there was a crack on the column of the surround.

I ordered this mantle from Hayneedle and have to say it was a PAINLESS experience! So much more enjoyable than any time I have ever ordered online. When I spoke to customer service rep she tried to make sure I got any and all discounts without me ever asking for them. They apparently make their customer service a TOP PRIORITY! I have not assembled the mantel yet but it looks so easy! All instructions are in the box. We ordered it and got it within about 5 days and I was please with the fast service. THANKS Fireplace.com/HAYNEEDLE!!! We will be using your website more often and WILL be referring all our friends!!

Rhonda worked very hard to find a mantle that would meet our dimensions and needs. Responsive and caring...great rep for Hayneedle. I'd call her extension if I need anythign else...she was wonderful to work with.
