Nice set of fireplace tools overall. However, the broom hairs were bent permanently (?) upon arrival---I hope they straighten out somehow. The shovel was rattly and loose somewhat, but ok. The style is just what I wanted and the tools will work just fine. Assembles well and fairly easily. Sturdy once assembled.

How we are using it: We are planning on using this toolset strictly as a decorative accent next to our gas fireplace.
Not so good: Upon receipt, the box included 2 shovels and no broom. The insert included from the manufacturer (Uniflame) provided a customer service number that mentioned replacement of damaged/defective goods.
Very good: After calling, their customer service sent out a broom to me directly. No returns necessary.
So overall, I would highly recommend them as they were responsive and the quality of the product is good.

A very nice looking, sturdy set, at a good price. I looked around [...] and other places first, and found cheaper sets, but none as nice. For my money, this is a great buy.
