The quality and richness of this mantle is beyond belief. I would have never imagined an online find to be so perfect, especially at this price. After lots of research, I am thrilled to say that dealing with Hayneedle has been an enjoyable and rewarding experience. This mantle has added all the warmth and richness to my home that I could hope for. I would recommend this product 100 percent. My husband built our home and he is truly impressed with the craftsmanship of the Auburn mantle shelf.

My wife and I both felt this Auburn Pearl Mantel Shelf would be the perfect remodeling solution to a rather clinical looking all white brick wall fireplace. The first Mantel was delivered 4 days after ordering and although the shipping box showed no damage, the leading edge of the shelf had a dent in it requiring me to return the Mantel. The second Mantel also arrived with 4 days of reordering it and again the shipping container showed no damage yet both ends of the top shelf had dents in it. My local woodwork refinishing guru feels he can repair the shelf so we did decide to keep it as a local fabrication company would charge 4 times the selling price of this unit to duplicate it.
