We ordered a mantel shelf over the phone after finding one we liked on the website and received it within 3 days. Unfortunately, the picture on the website wasn't very accurate with regard to color and when we opened the box, it was immediately apparent to us that it wouldn't work in our house. I contacted the company via their toll free telephone number and was extremely pleased with how they responded to our need to return the mantel shelf. The customer service rep apologized for the shelf not being accurately depicted (color-wise) on the website, immediately offered to help us with the return process, and emailed us a FedEx prepaid mailing label. She also offered to have someone come and pick up the mantel shelf as it was quite heavy but we said we could get it to a local FedEx drop-off location. Even though the mantel didn't work out for us, the company provided us with excellent service to return the product and credit our account. The shelf looked very well crafted and well built and we were disappointed that the color was not right for our decor.
